This electrician was recommended to me by a local competitor who was scheduling two months out. I explained over the phone that I had a non functioning electrical outlet in my back yard that used to power my sprinkler timer box. This particular outlet did not have a reset button. He explained to me over the phone to check other outlets that may be on the same circuit and try resetting them. He offered to come out today within two hours if needed. After checking a few outlets I found the one with the reset to restore power to the backyard outlet. There was no charge and I learned a little something in the process. A simple fix from a nice guy.
